Financial and Insurance Options

We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment of your estimated patient portion (after insurance) is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa)
  • Flexible low or no interest payment plans through CareCredit or Lending Club

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have an insurance benefit, we will help you understand your benefit in our office and, with your authorization, file claims when necessary. Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility.

We offer a 5% bookkeeping courtesy on balances paid in full the day of your appointment for patients without an insurance benefit.

Appointment Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen. If you are going to miss an appointment, we would appreciate 48 hours advance notice. You can either call us at (608) 204-0222 or email us at info@monroestreetfamilydental.com. This allows us to reschedule your appointment and give your original appointment time to another patient. Please note, after three missed appointments, reserved appointments will require a $50 non-refundable deposit.
