Meet the Team
Monroe Street Family Dental creates a comfortable environment where we invite patients to share concerns and ask questions every step of the way. We are curious by nature and encourage you to do the same––whether you’re a kid whose favorite question is "why?" or an adult with even the smallest amount of fear or anxiety. Showing up for routine preventative visits is an investment in your oral health, allowing us to catch things early and minimize invasive action. Our holistic approach really works.
Face time with patients is a priority. Our dentists don’t just pop in for a harried checkup after your cleaning––they stay to ask questions, and encourage you to do the same. As a whole, our staff treats each other with trust and respect. The seamless interactions between our dentists, hygienists and the rest of our team are proof of our shared commitment to you. We are a patient practice.
Introducing Dr. Rolli
For our newest team member, Dr. Alysha Rolli, dentistry is about making genuine connections with patients. In order to give you the very best care, she focuses on getting to know you and making you feel comfortable.
Dr. Rolli approaches her work as a blend of art and science. It’s not just an opportunity to improve your smile, but also to benefit your overall health. As a lifelong learner, she’s constantly improving her skills to match evolving techniques and technology. This results in better patient outcomes.
As a Wisconsin native, Dr. Rolli is a proud graduate of UW-Madison with an undergraduate degree in biology. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Arizona, and has spent the last several years practicing general dentistry in the Madison area.
In her free time, Dr. Rolli loves spending time with her husband and her rescue pup, Kona. Listening to live music, traveling, golfing, biking, hiking and trying new restaurants are just a few things that keep her busy.

Our approach to dentistry
Dr. Farrow
Dr. Benjamin Farrow grew up working in his dad’s dental office, and he’s proud to continue the family tradition as a dentist.
He gives every tooth in every patient his expert consideration, and focuses on helping those teeth work together to facilitate whole mouth health. In some cases, this means having hard but honest conversations about dental hygiene and gum care. Dr. Farrow’s candid and approachable demeanor encourages people to develop healthy habits.
Building a strong community is another big part of Dr. Farrow’s approach to dentistry. He’s a former dental director of the Madison Dental Initiative clinic at the Salvation Army shelter. In partnership with other dentists and MEDIC, a medical student-run organization, he provides dental care for underserved populations and people experiencing homelessness.
He practices close to home and is proud to be part of a tightly knit, progressive and eclectic neighborhood.

Our Support Team
It's all about working together
We’re great listeners who help you make informed decisions about your oral health. We love getting to know you!
I've been in the dental profession for over 13 years. I love greeting patients with a warm smile and helping them make sense of their insurance benefits. My goal is to answer all questions and concerns and ensure you have an enjoyable appointment.
Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors with my husband and daughter.
I grew up in Woodbury, Minnesota, and came to Madison to do my undergraduate degree at UW-Madison. Currently, I have plans for graduate school in a few years. I ride my bike to work whenever I can. When asked what's the most important thing to do for dental health, I always say "flossing." We've all been tired at the end of the day and thought, 'I really don't want to floss tonight,' but you just need to do it. Flossing is so important.
Fun fact about me: Growing up, I was a huge fan of the TV show Wishbone, and I still wish I had it on DVD. He went through so much literature!
My family and I moved to Wisconsin in 2014 from Arlington Heights, Illinois. We chose Madison because it’s our favorite place on earth. (It’s true!)
The Monroe Street Family Dental team represents everything I love about this area. I admire how our dentists put people first. They truly care, and they work to make each detail of their practice the very best it can be.
I attended Illinois Wesleyan as a biology major, but switched to English and graduated with a B.A. I spent years as a Campaign Assistant for non-profits such as City of Hope. But I missed my science studies and decided to go back to school to work in a health field after I married. Dental hygiene has been a wonderful fit for me and my husband and two daughters.
My hobbies are many, and I enjoy talking to my patients about whatever it is that they love to do. I want to be an integral, giving and helpful part of the Madison community. I look forward to meeting you at your next visit to Monroe Street Family Dental.
I received my dental hygiene degree from Madison College in 2002. I love learning and keeping busy, so I received a B.A. from UW-Whitewater with a focus on public health in 2014. My husband and I have twin sons and a daughter, plus a yellow lab and a miscellaneous cat.
Outside of work, I enjoy activities that get me outside, such as biking, golf and tent camping. I love baking from scratch when I find the time, or reading and watching movies.
Caring for people, the environment, and my community is very important to me and I’m able to do that every day at Monroe Street Family Dental
As a northern Illinois native, I fell in love with Madison’s charm and moved to the area after finishing my dental hygiene degree in Champaign, Illinois. My sister lives in the area and my brother is earning his undergraduate degree in Iowa, so we have a few more years to convince him to join us in Madison. I am looking forward to transitioning into the pet-mom life and adopting a cat (or two!).
In my free time, I love teaching myself new things. My favorite hobbies include playing guitar and ukulele, crocheting, riding my longboard, and thrift shopping. I want to hear all about what you love to do!
I am excited to be a part of the community that is Monroe Street Family Dental. Being a hygienist gives me the opportunity to meet people from many walks of life and help them improve their lives with good oral health practices. My goal is to push myself towards personal growth everyday and guide my patients to do the same.
I am a Madison native. I moved here when I was five, but originally I am from Mexico and fluent in Spanish. I enjoy spending time with my brother who is 15 years younger than me.
Some of my hobbies include: writing, listening to music and going to concerts, and watching movies and tv. I enjoy a good regency era movie or TV show. I have also loved to read since I was little. I grew up as an only child, so books were companions.
I am excited about my role on the Monroe Street Family Dental team because I want to love my job again. I want to be able to feel like I belong to something that is striving for someone’s better tomorrow.I love teaching myself new things.
As a Wisconsin native, I knew I wanted to return after completing my education in Minnesota as a Dental Assistant. I quickly grew to love Madison for its culture, entertainment and opportunities to be outside whenever possible.
I love wandering and exploring cute neighboring towns, getting lost on a run while following the pretty houses, hiking, kayaking, woodworking, concert going, hanging with my dog, and trying just about anything at least once.
I genuinely enjoy working with people and helping to create a comfortable atmosphere for patients in a space that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
A Milwaukee native, I moved to Madison in December of 2017 after graduating from Milwaukee Area Technical College with a dental assisting certificate. I also have a B.S. in Theatre and Spanish from UW-Oshkosh.
In my free time, I love to travel and hike. I’m currently trying to visit all of the Wisconsin State Parks. Perrot State Park in La Crosse is my favorite so far. Otherwise, I love exploring town and trying new recipes.
When I come to work it almost feels like I’m taking a walk to my next door neighbor's house and hanging out there all day. Our team is so personable, compassionate and hardworking, and our patients are just the same. I’m eager to move to the Monroe Street neighborhood just so I can be a bigger part of this community. I look forward to conversing with patients and volunteering with the Monroe Street Family Dental team.
I’m originally from Minnesota but moved to the upper peninsula to study Art and Design at Northern Michigan University.
In my spare time I enjoy anything and everything artsy, from photography to sewing to woodworking, gardening, I always have projects scattered about. My partner and I are always trying out a new restaurant or brewery (typically with a board game in tow)!
I am excited to branch out of my comfort zone with something new! I look forward to being a part of a team that is an integral part of their community.
I joined the Monroe Street Family Dental team shortly after our last child was born. I enjoy being a part of the office and helping with organization, administration, projects and marketing. I love being a part of this team and seeing patients’ smiles that our dentists and staff make possible.
Outside of work, I stay busy chasing around our three children, running, skiing, and gardening.
I'm a 2004 graduate of UW-Madison and I love exploring the city with my three dogs. I’ve been with Monroe Street Family Dental from day one, and I truly believe our dentists are the best out there. I’m so happy to be part of such an amazing and caring team.
My hobbies and interests include: Spreadsheets, traveling, anything to do with parks, hiking, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, biking, walking my dogs, gardening, crafting, cross-stitching, knitting and upcycling items.
Fun facts about me: I was named after the Bionic Woman; I had 6 wisdom teeth (they’ve all been removed); and I know every word to Every Rose Has Its Thorn.
