The Dudgeon-Monroe 4th of July Parade and Picnic is scheduled to start at Michael's Frozen Custard at 9:30 am, with the parade at 10:15 followed by refreshments, games, and a fire truck until 12:30 pm. Dr. Farrow will be there with watermelon and tying balloon animals for the crowd.
