Monroe Street will begin road construction starting with utility work in February 2018. Beginning March 12, the street will undergo major construction with replacing water, sewer lines and resurfacing the street from Odana to Regent intersections. Traffic will be limited to one lane in-bound only (i.e. traffic heading downtown). Outbound traffic will be re-routed to side streets or Regent St.

We realize that this will be an inconvenience to you, but appreciate your patience. The parking lot attached to the building will remain open. We are also working with the building owner on creating a side entrace access to the parking lot on Crandall St.
