We appreciate your patience and understanding over the past two months while we suspended our routine dental services to focus on emergency dental care and on preserving personal protective equipment (PPE) for our frontline workers during the COVID-19 crisis.

We have missed you and are looking forward to taking care of you again. Starting Monday May 11th, we officially resumed providing preventative dental services. While we can’t wait to see you again, we are taking a patient, measured approach to re-opening so we don’t create “mass gatherings” in our office.

Here are a few items to note for upcoming appointments:

• Our hours will slightly change for a period of time to allow select procedures to be scheduled at the end of the day. This will mean we have limited availability for appointments later in the day.
• If you have an previously scheduled appointment, we may be reaching out to adjust the time in order to accommodate our limited schedule.
• Our team is working diligently to reschedule appointments that were cancelled during our closure. We will contact you if you had an appointment that was cancelled, but please note that our list to reschedule is quite long.
• If you would like to be seen soon, please call the office at 608-204-0222 to check our current availability.
• If you prefer to wait on rescheduling or move out your upcoming appointment, please email or call us to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate when you are ready to reschedule. However, please note that we may not be able to fit you in at your requested time and availability will be limited.
