We've heard lots of questions regarding our Delta Dental participation and changes for next year. Below are answers to the most commons questions to help you make informed decisions.
If you have specific questions, know that we are here to help you. Send us an email and we we will respond as soon as we can.
What are my out-of-pocket costs for next year?
We will continue to file all your insurance claims, pre-authorizaitons, and process insurance payments on your behalf.
Each Delta Dental plan has its own coverage terms and specific limitations. With out-of-network coverage, you would have an out-of-pocket share after Delta Dental payments.
For the typical adult (age 14 and up) with 2 cleanings, 2 exams, and x-rays, your out of pocket costs would be $184 for the year.

Can you give me an estimate for treatment?
We can estimate the difference in treatment costs for this year and next. Please contact us as each plan differs with the type of procedure and amount covered.
What insurance do you accept?
We serve many patients with either no insurance or other insurance carriers such as Cigna, United Healthcare, Guardian, Principle, Metlife and Aetna to name a few. While we are not in-network with other insurance carriers, most of these insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits AND pay full fees, reducing out-of-pocket copays.
How does the Membership Club work?
The Membership Club is an option for patients that would no longer have insurance benefits in our office because their plan provides no out-of-network coverage.
We are introducing three different tiers: children, adults, and periodontal. Each level includes the recommended cleanings (2/year or 4/year for perio patients), 2 exams per year, required x-rays, and fluoride. It also covers one emergency exam if needed.
Many of you have asked about coverage for treatment. While the Membership Club does not include coverage for treatment, it does offer 15% off treatment or any additional cleanings or services not incuded in the membership plan.

*discount for annual payment available only by payment directly to MSFD.
Contact us if you would like to enroll. You may sign up at any time.
Are there any network dentists with Delta Dental that you reccommend?
We don't have specific recommendations for other offices as each of you may be looking for something different. We encourage you to seek advice from friends and check the The Delta Dental Member Dashboard to search for other offices that are currently in-network with Delta Dental.
How do I transfer my records to another dentist?
We are required by HIPAA to have a signed release of records.
Send us an email or give us a call and we will email you a release form to grant us permission to transfer your records.
Can I be seen before the end of the year?
If you would like to schedule for a cleaning before the end of the year, we do not currently have any openings. We can add you to a cancellation list.
If you would like to schedule treatment with Dr. Farrow, we still have openings in his schedule. But don't delay, as the end of the year is typically our busiest time.
