2016 brings big changes to State of Wisconsin employees who previously had Momentum as their dental insurance administrator. Delta Dental of Wisconsin will begin processing your benefit as of January 1, 2016, which means as an in-network provider for Delta, you will receive full dental benefits here with us at Monroe Street Family Dental. We have already begun receiving calls from old friends scheduling to see us again, and we have to say ~ we are so excited to see you! Thank you for choosing us (again) as your family dentist!

To those who have seen us throughout the years regardless of your insurance plan, please remember to inform us at your first visit in 2016 and we will happily retrieve your policy information from Delta and submit for your benefits. Thank you for your loyalty - we truly have the greatest patients!
