Paul Thoresen took his first picture of their family cow at age 13 and it fueled a life long appreciation. He believes it’s important for us to appreciate cows beyond knowing they graze in pastures and render us with an array of delicious dairy products, that we can appreciate the miraculous in the mundane and the many facets and aesthetic power of these fine creatures.
